Concrete pump dispatcher – Customer service

Under the authority of the general manager, the incumbent of this position is responsible for the planning and distribution of concrete pumps and operators, ensuring that equipment is adapted to the different sites.

In collaboration with the various departments, his role consists of answering customer calls and ensuring unparalleled customer service and monitoring equipment maintenance and truck inspections.

Main responsibilities

Take orders from customers. (Phone, Web and emails)
Contact customers to confirm the time the day before the scheduled service
Ensure coordination of the arrival of pumps on construction sites with that of concrete
Follow up with operators on the road and on construction sites to check the progress of calls to ensure optimal planning
Reorganize the day’s schedule according to the progress of each call’s work
Prepare, maintain and communicate daily work schedules for operators
Ensure monitoring of equipment maintenance and truck inspections
Participate in the digital development of the company related to the dispatcher position
Must have emergency latitude, answer calls evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Reliable, punctual and flexible in terms of schedules;
Remarkable mastery of organization and planning;
Must be comfortable working under pressure;
Attendance in meeting deadlines;
Have good execution speed and management of multiple tasks;
Knowledge of the Office suite;
Knowledge of concrete (an asset)
Knowledge of Unicom and Isaac (an asset)
Experience relevant to the position (3 to 5 years, an asset)

Working conditions
